Job Description

Preparation of food in accordance with recipes, station charts, and chef's instructions

Checks station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness

Abide by all local, state, and federal guidelines for proper handling, preparation, and storage of food items
Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent preferred

Must be 18 years of age or older

Valid Food Worker Card required

Prefer a minimum of one year of previous line cook experience

Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)

Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor

Ability to stand, walk, and perform tasks for prolonged periods of time
